Hi, I’m Jela — the heart behind Lemon Soul Chef. I’m a professional chef with over 10 years of experience, including the past 4 years working closely with clients as a private chef. My journey has taken me through kitchens across Europe, from fine dining Japanese restaurants to traditional establishments in Portugal, Spain, UK, and the Czech Republic.
Today, I bring that global perspective to every event and meal I create — Whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner for two, styling a beautiful grazing table, or cooking for a special celebration, my goal is always the same: to create food that feels good, tastes incredible, and connects people. My approach is rooted in seasonal ingredients, soulful flavors, and a genuine love for serving others. My cooking is grounded in care, creativity, and a deep love for bringing people together through food.
